Ise tagasihelistamist \u00f5igustab ainult see, kui k\u00fcsimust ei suudeta lahendada koheselt ja nii tuleb seda ka kliendile p\u00f5hjendada.<br>Telefoniga r\u00e4\u00e4kimise juurde ei kuulu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>s\u00f6\u00f6mine \u2013 klient kuuleb ainult matsutamist,<\/li><li>joomine \u2013 klient kuuleb ainult lonksatusi,<\/li><li>suitsetamine \u2013 klient kuuleb \u00e4hkimist ja puhkimist,<\/li><li>teised telefonik\u00f5ned \u2013 keskenduda tuleb t\u00e4ielikult kliendile,<\/li><li>suhtlemine teiste inimestega \u2013 ajab kliendi segadusse,<\/li><li>kokkuv\u00f5tvalt \u2013 k\u00f5ik veel nimetamata tegevused, mis ei ole seotud selle konkreetse telefonik\u00f5nega.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Telefonisuhtlus erineb tavalisest suhtlusest selle poolest, et klient ei n\u00e4e seda, mis toimub juuksuri \u00fcmber.
